Pat Mote, Mitchell's broker and mother has been selling real estate in central Arkansas since 1986.  Mitchell joined her in business in 1995. Although they were an independent company known as Pat Mote Real Estate for many years, Pat and Mitchell knew that they needed to affiliate with a strong, national company.  They wanted to continue with their tradition and commitment to the customer / client and NOT to a board of directors or stockholders like many of the national companies.
